| everytime I drink a beer I tap the cap three times and then twist it once to the left, and then once to the right. Next, I tap the bottom of the bottle. I poor a little bit out. I take a sip and I tap the bottle on the table twice and then add salt. I used to do this all the time till I stopped drinkning. Nah, I don't really do all that. psych! |

| i have a mantra that i must say before doing all things. it is pretty much my code of life.. when i feel anxious i say it, when im happy i say it, when im upset i say it, when im not even thinking at all i say it... it brings me comfort... i developed it through my drug use. while high on meth i use to always say the formation of my mouth while saying it was very relaxing. it is : And umm err alright, and umm err thats right.
man i say it maybe one thousand times a day. alll because of my ritual on meth. wee. not |

| I used to take 1 speed, and have about 4-lines of coke infront of me that I would do over the course of the night. I would also have a glass of Straight Vodka on Ice, and just write for hours. |
