i just concocted a red kidney bean salad with balsamic vinegar,olive oil and a dash of taragon and rosemary.. and a little sprinkle of lavender..
with garlic bread or flat bread on the side.. mm definitly edible, but yeah.. just an idea mouaha |

oo yeh, today was creative meal day..or something
salmon stuffed with spinach and cheese.. .Mmm put some lemon juice on that, a lil salt n pepper.. put it in the oven 400f for about 15 minutes.. pretty tasty maple syrup tastes good on it too..for some..odd...reason. my 3 cents. |

when you make a pasta olio (sp?), are you going to use vegetable oil (conola) ???? i dont think so. if you cook for flavour you should use olive oil, if you're just cooking to make some crap, fine use the no flavour vegetable shit. |
