Resetting Windowx Xp Password

Coolness: 300050	So one of my clients decided to change her windows xp password and forgot it. Any suggestions on this? The more profitable solution for me would be to format her comp and start over, but since I hate dealing with this client so much I want to get rid of this one asap.
