prior art doesn't apply to trademarks unless you can prove you usage and that the public has knowledge of your activities, which thierry already established that you can't prove.

Neo, just do the initial contact first. If they don't answer you in a reasonnable time period, contact them again with a subject that will grab their attention ie: URGENT. And if that fails again you may take legal action. You may want to check up our ''Computer laws''. My law teacher explained to me their's such a thing... apparently.

No no... because if you don't take extrajudiciary attempts to try to contact the company, they will claim that they had no such original contact and thus, no knowledge of the problem in the first place.
