its all about communication. its hard(sometimes harder then "regular" relationships) but i can be done. second, you want a pill to remove all your emotions? then go on prozac, or another one of those "zombie" pills that rob you of the only thing thats really real in life. emotion, though it can be one of the greatest pains/burdens, really is one of our greatest gifts. without it, life is pointless. sometimes life can seem too hard to go on... its those moments that make us stronger. we can either learn to deal with that pain and grow from the experience and enjoy the ups as much as we can when we have them... or we can take a little pill, or smoke some toxic fumes, or drink ourselves retarded... and gain nothing from the experience but some brain damage. and next time, you wont have the last experience as referance cause you copped out and took the easy way out through drugs. there have been times in my life, where i couldnt see myself living any longer. but somehow i survived... and now when i get down, i realise that is not as bad as it was then... and i can cope. sometimes i turn to drugs as an aid, but im working towards being strong enough on my own. since drugs are for the weak! escapism solves nothing. we must all deal with our problems when they come. cause if we dont, they'll haunt us later on. (and yes, weed is also a form of escapism, hence why i said toxic smoke) |
