| yeah but i liked the way it marked them as read once i leave a category, now i'm having to use "mark as read" all the time, since i don't feel like reading em all.. it's more of a hassle now.. |

| yeah, same here. Also, I dunno what you did, but when you leave a category and go back to the main menu, you've got to refresh twice to get it to update. (And it's not just my browser settings, 2 diffrent Operas, IE and the Winamp Minibrowser are all doing the same thing) |

like once you leave a category by clicking [ www.rave.ca ] it resets the current category, that way it marks all the stuff you didn't read (didn't want to read anyway) as read.. |

| wow, this new system is kinda excessive..
i'm noticing slowness when i hit the "mark all as read".
Lemme guess it updates/makes a pointer for each thread, for each user and tells you which reply you're up to, right? that's freakin madness man. |

| it actually only sets the pointers for the last 50 threads... trust me going through every thread would be rediculous... also the new message count only does for the last 25 threads... |
