| I know! There is eggs, gelatine or dairy in almost every product sold in groceries (bread, pasta, cake mix, etc.). Hopefully, it's possible to buy vegan versions of those. If you got time, talent and patience though, the best is to do them yourself. |

i once went out with a girl who was a vegan and that was complicated.
i think the only thing we ate together was salad and nuts
i'm NOT a fan of tofu or soy
but in regards to the gelatine, how much of it comes from animals? i know they get jelly from animals feet, but isn't it normally from sea weed derivatives? |

| Gelatine is 100% animal matter. It comes from the bones, horns and feet of the animals(they teached us that in culinar arts). Maybe seaweed is a new alternative, I still don't know much about seaweed though, but traditional gelatine comes from the animals.
