| Well, today I bought the patch and intend to quit smoking starting tomorrow.
So, has anyone here ever attempted to quit? |

| i that every smoker has at least tried once... i trie din the summer, lasted about 2 weeks, not bad, did it as one big boom bo patch nothing, my best advice alex is dont sotp eating and drink massvie amount soft, and when i say masive i dont exagerate in anyway.... bes tof luck! |

| It is sad to write to write this but i have been smoking since i was 16. I have tried to stop twice...worked ok until went drinking with a friend (both times). I know it is not good for my health, but you can only life so long i guess:) |

| welli got really sick and couldnt smoke and then when i tried it was soo shitty but i kept smoking and well ive been smoking fine ever since :)... hahaha |

| Trying to quit smoking is maybe the most difficult thhing to do ...
But I did stop smoking once in my life , and it lasted 1 year , then I started smoking again ... And now I'm stuck with cigarettes :(
I don't know about patches ... I mean , receiving nicotine directly in your body can't be a good thing ... But it doesn't burn your inside like cigarette's smoke do ...
They should just stop producing cigarettes ... And if ppl still want to smoke tobacco , well I'm pretty sure natural tobacco's better for your health than imperial tobacco ... |

| quitting smoking is all in your head, if you really wanna do it, itll work, the patch help also, and when your on the patch you get te craziest dreams.
but if you really wanna quit then do it for real
dont take a hall here and puff there, cause then your just gonna start smoking again
