CUT CRIME BY LEGALIZING DRUGS
Re: Crack cocaine addicts just can't quit (Mirror, July 30)
If cocaine and other currently illegal drugs were legal, there would
be fewer reasons, health or financial, for crack users to want to quit.
Instead of having to resort to petty crime and social assistance,
users would be able to pay for their drugs from the earnings of a blue
collar job.
The best way to reduce the harm of illegal drugs is to legalize
them.
