made: hockey is back
made: montreal gets the 5th pick, Toronto the 21st! bahaha!
made: sweet chorus pedal won on ebay
made: BBQ tonight at sra's! bring your own sausages!
made: movie night.
made/ruined: that feeling in the pit of your stomach (butterflies?) that isn't quite nervousness or nauseousness, but which is annoying none the less. though it is comforting to remember what it feels like, it's been so long.

Well I've been up to Paris,
and I've slept in a park.
Went down to Barcelona,
someone broke in my car.
And I'll search the world over
for my angel in black.
Yeah, I'll search the world over
for a Euro-trash Girl.

Took the train down to Athens,
and I slept in a fountain.
Some Swiss junkie in Turin
ripped me off for my cash.
Yeah, I'll search the world over
for my angel in black.
Yeah, search the world over
for a Eurotrash Girl.

The CRS on the metro
shook me down for a bribe.
On my knees for the sergeant
when my passport arrived.
Yeah, I'll search the world over
for my angel in black.
Yeah, I'll search the world over
for a Euro-trash Girl

Euro-trash Girl, Euro-trash girl.
Euro-trash Girl, Euro-trash girl.

Called my mom from a payphone
I said "I'm down to my last."
She said "I sent you to college...
now go call your dad."
And the waitress that he married,
well she hung up the phone.
You know she never did like me,
but I can stand on my own.

Sold my plasma in Amsterdam.
Spent it all in a night,
buying drinks at the Melk Weg
for a soldier in drag.
And I'll search the world over
for my angel in black.
Yeah, I'll search the world over
for a Eurotrash Girl

Euro-trash Girl, Euro-trash girl.
Euro-trash Girl, (I'm a) Euro-trash girl.

Yeah, I'll search the world over
for my angel in black.
Yeah, I'll search the world over
for a Eurotrash Girl

Got a tattoo in Berlin
(and a case of the crabs).
A rose and a dagger
on the palm of my hand.
And I'll search the world over
for my angel in black.
Yeah, I'll search the world over
for a Eurotrash Girl.

Euro-trash Girl, Euro-trash girl.
Euro-trash Girl, (I'm a) Euro-trash girl.

Yeah, I'll search the world over
for my angel in black.
Yeah, I'll search the world over
for a Eurotrash Girl.

luckily i never had a single proble (knock on wood)

although my dad was arrested on pot-related charges (deservingly so). had i still been working for him it could have been me.

but it's really ridiculous. he was selling shitloads of pot and all he got a a small fine and a slap on the wrist. of course i was happy about that, but it just seems like the law is so lop-sided.

There are no more barriers to cross. All I have in common with the uncontrollable and the insane, the vicious and the evil, all the mayhem I have caused and my utter indifference toward it I have now surpassed. My pain is constant and sharp and I do not hope for a better world for anyone, in fact I want my pain to be inflicted on others. I want no one to escape, but even after admitting this, there is no catharsis, my punishment continuous to allude me and I gain no deeper knowledge of myself no new knowledge can be extracted from my telling. This confession has meant nothing

Actually, there are a number of studies being approved right now that will involve giving MDMA to sufferers of post-traumatic stress disorder (people who have been through traumatic experiences, ex rape or war, that have scarred them)

check out [ www.maps.org ]

for some reason, i think that if i were suffering from PTSD, i wouldn't want to take E. i mean at this point in my life i have taken more than a couple, and every time i still feel a tinge of something that could be described as close to nervousness... but at this point i have learned to appreciate the comedown as a necessary part of the equation.

however, if i had recently lived through something traumatic enough to give me PTSD i doubt that i would have the capacity to deal with either the high or the low.

that being said, i guess if this is administered in a controlled environment it could very well help the patient.
