Liam Howlett does 90% of all the music.. The previous album was only him and guest singers.

It's kind of like the way Nine Inch Nails is really just Trent Reznor and some guest musicians.
I'm feeling over 9000 right now..

guys, they're part of prodigy, they always have been.
"there to spice shit up" they're all live musicians, 2 vocalists and a keyboard/drum-machine
player. It's not rocket science, they've been doing that since jilted generation if not earlier.
to ignore the rest of prodigy is as good as ignoring them all together, jimmy page isn't led zeppelin, he's one quarter. so think about it.

not really.. Liam does ALL the music, it would be like if jimmy page played ALL the instruments and the rest of Zeppelin was just for live shows.

they have a drummer & guitarist for live shows, and the vocalists actually have lyrics to sing.
They're an electronic band, you wouldn't have prodigy if they we'rent included in the package, same with NIN, it would only be Liam Howlett and Trent Reznor.

That really is what it's like, though.. The guys in Prodigy are pretty much just two MCs around one guy's music.. The rest of the band is mostly there for live shows only, they don't actually write any of the music..

Same with NIN, Trent Reznor writes all the music and the band is there for the live shows and some of the recordings, but they have next to no input in what gets written.. They might as well be just drum machines or synths at the mercy of Trent.
I'm feeling your norks right now..

I never said the live musicians had anything to do with the writting of the music, but those other two in Prodigy definitely did. Remember in It's all gone Pete Tong, he practically had those two Austrian guys making the album, there's always someone involved in the making of the tunes, you think "Breathe" was all written Liam Howlett? I doubt it, there's too much creative force on that track to ignore the other two, they aren't Prodigy without em.

The two guys are pretty much just MCs, they have zero production skills.. At most they'll come up with their lyrics, but that's about it.
