NORIEGA'S PAROLE HEARING TODAY
Former Panamanian strongman Gen. Manuel Noriega will have a parole
hearing today at the federal prison near Miami where he is serving
time for drug trafficking, parole officials and his lawyer said. The
routine hearing was granted because he has served 10 years of his
30-year sentence.
