FREE NEEDLES FOR DRUG ADDICTS!

Congratulations to the San Diego City Council (excluding Judy McCarty) for
hitting a triple-header. Added to the Charger's ticket guarantee and the
downtown ballpark fiasco, we now may have free needles for drug addicts!

We can look forward to a steady stream of drug users bound for the perfect
climate and needle-friendly atmosphere of America's Finest City.

Keep a sharp eye for a lot more drug availability to our children as an
added benefit.
