FB has no way of knowing if the comments involve what you wrote or not, but it's really very very simple to just ignore the notifications. The key is you don't need to look at them and they will eventually just fade away. FB is like email, you're not going to read all of it but in general there's no way to completely remove all spam.

I wasn't there the night in question but I do know that Jesse had something devastating on his mind and I totally imagine him not even thinking about the conversation he was having with you... that doesn't excuse it in any way, but I do believe him when he told me that he really didn't understand what was going on.
He told me specifically that if you had said in no uncertain terms: "In my opinion, you agreed to pay me 20$ AND cab which means a total of 40$." He would have paid you, not be happy about it, but in his opinion he thought you were just bitching in general...

I've talked to Jesse and all in all, he made a mistake by misunderstanding what the DJ wanted. I can't condone the circumstances under which it all happened and I personally have a hard time understanding how it could have gone so wrong without either the DJ or the promoter asking the RIGHT question, but it did and it's in no way a common thing in our scene.
What's more infuriating than DJs not getting paid what they agreed upon are events or promoters who really don't give a shit about their patrons and Jesse is not one of those promoters.
