| umm, internally, yes it does.
since it's a mini hard drive, it's got 4 rotating platters inside it, meaning if you drop it while it's spinning you can severely damage it... |

| yeeeahh.. well i wouldn't recoment repeating such things, or you could end up with it crashing.. HDs *can* take bumps and bangs, but it can also break.. |

| i *think* what yer tech friend meant was there weren't any moving parts like the first rev of ipod.. (the jog wheel) it had a rotating wheel, whereas the new ipods have a touch sensitive wheel type thingy that's stationary.. |
