but there are so many tricks at eating the right amount of food. -if you have a full plate youll eat less -if your only eating, and not watching tv or reading the back of the cereal box, youll actually notice how much food ends up in your mouth, and might not still be hungry -starting the day off with a big fat breakfeast usually helps |

I have a problem, that no matter how full I am, if theres still food on my plate, I'm still going to force the food in, until everything is gone. If I dont eat breakfast, I'll be good until mid-afternoon without feeling hungry. If I do eat breakfast, I am hungry a few hours later. I guess I'm a pig though!! |
