Happy now, nice suburban quiet area, 635$ for a 5'er. Life is good. |

I'm sure it's a nice place but the location is not the same as the original post so your comparison is meaningless. 850 for a 4 1/2 in that area is a good deal, point final. |

PSC is awesome, but like i said, biking with my shit to go dj, or to go to work downtown, would become tiresome and annoying 7 times a week. And in the winter, i can walk to work in 12 minutes. I live in a 4 1/2 with a backyard for 765$/month. I love it, and that's it, that's all! 
anyways, i heard that the place is no longer available now... someone already called... (altho the sign is still up, so who knows) |
