Most of the effects of a typical hangover are from dehydration, like the splitting headache. You also lose some vitamins from drinking. If you drink some water before going to bed, and take a vitamin C pill, you will feel much better.
Coffee in the morning after a hangover is the WORST thing you could do. Better to have some water, and maybe some V8. V8 seems to be good for hangovers. |
