COPS, DEA PROVIDE YOUTH JOBS PROGRAM

A recent edition carried good news. You reported that 90 people have been
arrested for dealing drugs in the city. That is significant in these days
of economic uncertainty. With unemployment rising, the people need a jobs
program.

The city police and the Drug Enforcement Agency have stepped up to
meet that need. These 90 arrests amount to 90 new openings in the
illegal-substances industry.

I'm sure those positions will be filled by the new year.
