MBN RIGHT TO NOT RELEASE ARREST LIST
Once again, I find it rather ironic that The Clarion-Ledger can take an
editorial position on an issue without knowing the facts.
It appears that the writer could have waited until Friday to get the
court-documented facts about the attorney who was referenced in the
editorial Aug. 27 ("Melton: Action, not words, more effective").
On the issue of not releasing violators' names, please understand that some
people associated with the drug trade get killed.
