MAKE MARIJUANA USE LEGAL FOR EVERYBODY

A recent Billings Gazette article made the point that medical
marijuana is currently "out of control." We gave up control of
marijuana decades ago when we implemented marijuana
prohibition.

There are some 100,000 Montana adults who use marijuana from time to
time for medical, spiritual, social or personal relaxation reasons.
Now 20,000 of them are "legal." And 80,000 who are trying to figure
out whether and how to get a card so they don't have to feel like
criminals for consuming a plant that should not be a criminal matter.

It's time to get past medical. Tax and regulate marijuana for all
responsible adults. That's the only logical path to retake control.
