FIVE ARRESTED IN DRUG RAID A methamphetamine lab was broken up Tuesday, and five people, including a 17-year-old boy, were arrested during a raid at a Delano home, authorities said. About 20 agents from the new Fresno Methamphetamine Task Force served a search warrant at a home at 2326 Round St. about 6 p.m. Monday, Sgt. Rick Hill said. Two pounds of methamphetamine were seized along with 11 cases of pseudoephedrine, one of the main ingredients needed for the production of methamphetamine, Hill said. Taken into custody were Refugio Mariscal Jr., 20; Ramiro Orozco, 21; Noel Duran, 26; Monica Acosta, 18; and the 17-year-old. The juvenile was identified as a cousin of one of the suspects.
