CHARGE BINI

I find it most interesting that Denver officials are not as eager to apply
the felony manslaughter statutes against Joseph Bini as they were against
Liesl Auman. I'd say Bini's felony perjury is at least as responsible for
Ismael Mena's death. Besides, Bini wasn't in handcuffs and locked in a
patrol car when Mena went down!
