NAVY COMMANDER ACCUSED OF DRUG DEALING, ASSAULT A Navy lieutenant commander faces 192 years in prison for assault and dealing drugs while serving on an aircraft carrier. Lt. Cmdr. Robert Loeh is in military court this week, charged with dealing the drug ecstasy, committing indecent assault, hiring male prostitutes and committing other unbecoming acts while serving on the USS Constellation as a maintenance officer. Military officials called Loeh's case ``bizarre'' and ``unbelievable.'' Loeh sold 20 tablets of ecstasy to an undercover officer, police said. He was arrested following a raid of his home, where 75 additional tablets and other illegal drugs were found.
