ROOMS ALLEGEDLY TRADED FOR DRUGS LITTLE ITALY -- Thirteen homeless people staying in four rooms at the Radisson Hotel Harbor View on Front Street were arrested yesterday after police learned someone was illegally renting out the rooms in exchange for drugs. Hotel officials called police at noon when it was discovered that someone had obtained credit card receipts from a trash can and used the numbers to charge four rooms at the hotel, said San Diego police spokesman Bill Robinson. The man who rented the rooms is being sought. Robinson said the man is suspected of taking in people off the street who provided him drugs in exchange for the rooms. The rooms had been rented for two days. Methamphetamine and marijuana were found in the rooms.
