KEEP POT ILLEGAL

What is the deal with Proposition 5? It failed on Nov. 7, and now
supporters want to try again in 2002. This is getting old. Free Hemp in
Alaska doesn't get the point that Proposition 5 won't be approved. If it
is, it will create more problems just like alcohol and cigarettes. This
would corrupt the nation even more, and there would be more drug wars.
Proposition 5 will let anyone 18 or older buy marijuana. This will make it
easier for irresponsible people to get marijuana. They could drop it or
leave it in sight for teenagers or children, who might smoke it. Or they
might take it without knowing what it is and get in trouble with the law or
their parents.

There are people who disagree, but if Free Hemp in Alaska closed it, would
be good for the community and its people. When Free Hemp in Alaska is
saying that legalizing marijuana would bring it off the streets, they're
right. But it would still be dangerous to the children of Alaska. If people
want to smoke marijuana, they can go to Holland, where it is legal, which I
might say is a very poor and sad country because of legalized marijuana.
This could happen to Alaska if marijuana is legalized.

Some people do need it, but in 2002 vote no again on Proposition 5.
Marijuana is illegal. Let's keep it like that.
