DA'S METHAMPHETAMINE ANGLE COULD HAVE LARGER IMPACT

The Watauga County prosecutor who is pursuing the anti-terrorist laws to
combat methamphetamine producers has raised an interesting legal question
that has implications for the tobacco, oil and automobile industries.

As noted by the AC-T on July 17, in part, that the term nuclear,
biological, or chemical weapon of mass destruction applies to "any
substance that is designed or has the capability to cause death or serious
injury and...Is or contains toxic or poisonous chemicals or their immediate
precursors."

As educated citizens we all know that the toxic nature of tobacco, tobacco
smoke, petroleum products and automobile emissions has caused massive death
and disease among the American people, and all in the name of profit.
Certainly this mass slaughter and incapacitation of innocent citizens falls
under the legal definition of "weapons of mass destruction." So when will
government prosecutors take up the patriotic cause and bring these
corporate terrorists to justice? Don't hold your breaths, you "lucky ducks."
