one oif the thigns i hate the most is waking up during the ngiht...i always feel unrested when i wake up like i ahvent had a full nights sleep...
i read somewhere that it actually takes u more energy to back asleep once youve woken up during the ngiht..therefore ur more tired than u should be....... i ono if its true or not, but it sounds logical enough.


and waking up with sinuses that r all bloacked reeeallly pisses me off :(

i still ahve to go and pick one last thing up.....but the rush doesnt really bother me, my favourite time to shop is on boxing day :)
