Well I can honestly say, this party was a success!!! Thanks to everyone who came out in that shitty weather to come celebrate with us! Organization was a little bit last minute, but we pulled it off! I'm so glad we finally got to use the spot, it turned out to be perfect and not as sketch as I had orginally forseen.

The music was really good all night and helped keep the people moving. Plan-C's set was amazing, great selection and mixing skills on display there for sure! Screwhead's set also blew me away!!! I'm really happy the whole Twisted Bass crew finaly all got to play at the same party! Nitrous played a great set as usual. Niko played 2 great sets, his earlier one was good but I was REALLY into his second set, seemed to be banging a lil harder and was just what I needed to keep me going in the morning! I also really enjoyed Na's set, nice and hard. Eric played a nice little Live IDM/BreakyStuff interlude to let everyone get their bearing's back, this guy's music has such amazingly rich textures! But the "Big Up" of the night goes to Alex that played his first set at a party and did a freekin' great job! This guys gonna be playing at our parties again for sure! We need more new blood like that to keep our stuff fresh!

NTk and Twisted Bass will most definatly be collaborating again! Our crew's mesh so well together as do our sounds! Merci encore de m'avoir laisser dormir un peux chez vous la gang! J'etais un peux trop peter pour conduire ma voiture, heheh.

And last, thanks to all my great friends who made me feel so loved over that last few days for my birthday, I'm really one of the luckiest guys ever. I love you guys!!!

Actually there are aftermarker crossfaders sold for the DXM series... The CP pro crossfaders (available at MOOG for 70$) are fuckin' great!!! and so far has lasted a lil while... Upfaders can be serviced and fixed if they fuck up (see me if anyone needs help with that...)

All in all a cute lil mixer that works.. .but like fred said they original crossfader is worth SHIT... It works well for a few months then starts to bleed bad and just not work... :P

Sometimes I wish Toronto was a lil closer...

I had a few friends (well more like people I knew) who lived in the west island and had tons of cash... And they would go out every friday, ditch John-Abbott (haha...) and dress like bums and go squeegeeeee on st-laurent for about 5, 6...7 hours until they each had enough to go get smashed drunk...

One of them got their ass kicked tho cuz he was on someone elses squeegee corner...

Yeah Kick-ass party!!!

I just really enjoyed every minute of it!!! Got in at the same time as Screwhead and there wasn't many people in the DnB room, but like he said, 15-20 minutes later was nice and full!

Bassfacial's set really kicked some asses Holy Fuck!

Screwhead was all over the place with some seriouly heavy shit! Enjoyed it bigtime!

Didn't catch all of Nitrouses set, but as usual was tight!

I really had fun playing my set too! Once I got the needle shit sorted out and stopped the skipping really let loose on the decks. And tagging it up with Slap at the end was mad fun!!! Drunken Crew BOH! We really pushed it as long as we could!!!

All and all a great evening trashed enjoyment! Was great to see everyone that was there and hopefully we can do something similar to this again real soon!
