i experienced something new on 2c-i, a state of mind that i had experienced before, but in a different way.
it opened me the door of drumming, which i was already working on. i feel like this drug took away the part of me that is conditionned to believe that 'i can't do it', you know, the little me with the limitations, and made me access to the infinite unlimited me.
i think it's what you do with the drug that makes the trip worth something.

umm i have a strobe and it's easy to set up, you just plug it in and turn it on. dry-ice fog looks amazingly cool in strobe.
i have also seen those light things they're like balls that spin out colors. and you just plug it in.
i don't know about lasers though, i guess that's what you're talking about?
of course some lights are more work to set up, and if you're ready to come with it do so, but most of all we want to keep things simple.

the music was diversified and when the psy came on the trance room started really groovin thanks to breathe. i loved mille-patte's set too, i'm happy i didn't miss it this time! and the drum n bass was good. it's like i can't stand too much drum n bass in a night, but i just loove it when i hear it, it's so fun to dance!
the only negative thing comes not from the party but from the after, you know, reading all these stupid judgemental comments on the pictures. stop judging people, come on!

this post is a bit sketchy, and i want to clarify things.
this is what i suggest:

~ this party is about making a video movie. the people who bring the cameras should be the ones filming, with directions from the 'directors' of the movie. that is: because the people who have the cameras are people who have experience using the camera, who know how it works and how to make the best of it. and who love filming, too, of course, otherwise they would not have a camera. and also a camera is a valuable thing people are not ready to put in anyone's hands, and we don't want to have responsibility for broken stuff.
the people coming in with a camera should get in for free because they will spend the whole night filming, and they are necessary to the concept.

~ digital camera - half price ticket. that makes sense. consider in a 'normal' party you'd pay the regular price. but you have to share those pictures afterwards, otherwise there is no use for it.

~ unique lights - what is unique lights anyways? any special lights that create effect that you may have. laser. strobe. spinning color lights. you get to install your light somewhere and contribute to the vibe and the movie. getting a half-price ticket for that makes sense - it's not too much work to bring a light now is it? ;)

~ unique uv art - deco in a party is building it up the whole day before. i think if you're ready to spend time helping before the party starts you should get in paying a volontary contribution. participating in the deco shows you care. by the way people half price of this party is only 5 bucks. and if you really don't have five bucks but want to contribute it's ok too. but just please be honest and realistic to yourself and the situation.

~ instruments & poi people - i think that one is clear.

it is not the only way forward.

people smoking pot are less likely to become violent than those drinking.
so that makes pot less socially dangerous.
but then people who smoke pot become more passive and maybe even artistic.
so that makes pot a more socially dangerous drug, for the established order.
used wisely, pot helps to open the third eye. / the government does not like this.

le pot est légal à amsterdam, je sais pas comment est la situation là-bas par contre. est-ce qu'il a toujours été légal ou il a été légalisé? est-ce que les autres drogues sont légales?

les raisons de l'illégalité du pot (aux e-u) remontent à une histoire de travailleurs mexicains fumeurs de ganja qui acceptaient de travailler pour moins cher que les citoyens américains, alors ils 'volaient' toutes les jobs aux e-u... alors le gouvernement a passé la loi comme quoi que le pot c'est illégal pour les tenir hors du pays, ou avoir une bonne raison pour les arrêter et les faire se tenir tranquille.
