Combat, Asteroid, Night Driver are still cool (ok maybe not Night Driver ) I still play them on my amazing "cutting edge" Atari 2600...nan seriously these were good games, new games are also good, but in different ways.

I just hope we can continue to improve the videogames without losing some of the magic that was there when it started.

The best comparaison I could put is comparing silent movies with the new CGI/special effect packed movies. Star War: A new hope and Citizen Kane are both amazing in different ways.

My dream...

I don’t remember things very precise about this dream more like small glimpse of memories...
I was in a labyrinth with walls of stone and glass. I know that when I started in this maze I was accompanied by two friends who died from traps in the infernal maze that had been built by some Norse dwarves. While I was erring in that labyrinth I had the strange impression that the maze itself was alive and playing with me. I also knew that there was other people in the maze looking for the same thing I was looking for (I think I met them but I am unsure of that).
At some moment when I was trying to find my path in the maze I saw through one of the glass wall what I knew was the goal of my “adventure”. It was a small ring and in my mind there was but one word...THE NIBELUNGEN (I know that in the Norse mythos it is actually the name of the dwarves who made the mystic ring but in my dream it was the name of the ring itself). Soon after that I saw the people who were also looking for the mystic artifact. They were so close to the ring that I was almost panicking, cause if they were to get their hands on it, it would be lost to me forever...and unlike me they were on the good side of the glass wall. Strangely it is also at that moment that they started to fight amongs themselves and eventually killed each others.
When they died, strangely I don’t know why, I had the impression that it was actually a part of me who died.
After that I felt a pressure on me and I understood that my time was also over, and I heard a song which was saying that valor was only proven by blood and that in your own blood and suffering you find the way to what you are looking for.
Just when my life was about to be extinguished I took a dagger and placed my hand on the glass wall, before plunging the dagger through my hand and in the glass wall who exploded at the contact dagger and of my blood.
At that moment I only jumped to get my hand on the ring and at the moment I finally got it, the only thing that was going through my head was “I HAVE THE NIBELUNGEN” then I woke up just after that. Since I had that dream, the word NIBELUNGEN has made me think a lot about the actual legend of the mystic and cursed ring.

I made a dream were I was on the second floor of a building on St-Catherine street waiting with a sniper rifle...except the year was 2015 and St-Catherine was just a ruin of a street and most commercial activities in the city had moved to another part of the city. In this dream I don’t know what I was waiting for, but I know I had good reason to be scared shitless. Still, while waiting for it to appear, I saw many things that were extremely disturbing. People getting attacked by other people and creatures part men/part machine and creatures that had nothing even remotely human who were attacking each other and people (mostly homeless people). As my dream was progressing I knew that what I was waiting for was going to appear at any moment....
