I can't speak for Hexa-5 productions but I personally would have charged full door price.
-Do you go to Habs games during the third period and demand to get in half price or even free?
-Do you go to movies 20 minutes before the end and expect to pay less for your ticket?
-Do you go to a restaurant and order a half eaten chicken breast with a half side of used salad for half price?

So why would you go to a rave when it's almost over and expect to pay less, you're just causing more of a headache for the promoter and not even offering to fully reimburse them for their extra trouble of having to tell you you're an idiot for showing up so late and expecting special treatment.

this isn't my policy, just my opinion...
I think people vastly underestimate what these parties cost an too often make fools of themselves for trying to haggle their way in...
