There are many factors that influenced the cancellation of Swirl. First, after the closing of Sona, we wanted to let the dust settle and calmly resolve all related issues. Then, the fact that there is a strong possibility that our Habs continue the playoffs insures that the Bell Center will not be available on that date. This uncertainty puts the organization and the promotion of the event on hold. Out of respect to the artists, staff and our clientele, we rather avoid all confusion and last minute logistics and cancel this year's edition. We have decided to take the summer to reenergize and focus on CREAM 04 for September. We will keep you posted. Until then, have a great summer! |
