4.5.2 (04/03/04)
Upgraded plugin menus : easier way to browse/automate parameters. Added 3 band equalizer and soft mode option in Sytrus. Added (basic) import for Yamaha DX-7 presets Added option to use mixer position as playback position, for those who have crappy sound drivers and experience jerky playback cursors. Small bugfix in event editor zoom/select. Small bugfix in effect preset selector. Bugfix in Sytrus (was unstable). Little glitch fix in Sytrus. Changed scale for harmonics level editing in Sytrus. Fixed problem with some ZIP files not created (really this time). Small bugfix in automation recording. Fixed arp/slide last bugs (I hope). Fixed tiny visual glitch in browser. Notes in step seq now restricted to the channel's keyzone. Added repeat mode to arpeggiator. Sytrus presets are now compressed (was needed for the VSTi version). anyone has a bT link? :D for testing purposes of course :D |

It's great how everybody says Fruityloops sucks and all but not one person can give a GOOD reason for making that call.
Losers |

I can:
If you want to get somewhere with music you must adhere do certain standards and Fruity Loops, isn't one of them. |

Bassed on what facts ?
I've read alot of interviews of big artists that use fruityloops. Talamasca for one, sold his studio and works only on software now. The only downside to Fruityloops is the Sound quality. You need to put in a shitload of extra time to get that perfect sound. Other then that theres nothing wrong with the software. |

That is the lamest fucking thing i've ever heard in my fucking lame.
There is no time wasted in fucking music. Do you think artists get paid by the fucking hour or some shit ? Just because you've become international doesn't mean you need to cut down on your producing time. man paul your a fucking lamer. Don't diss a program because its too easy to use. |

Concord Dawn use FLStudio. Go listen to Morning Light and stfu. Just because your too retarded to make something good with it doesn't mean it's a shitty program. Go listen to some of Scott's tracks, he uses BUZZ, that's not a "standard" program, so that means you think scott's tracks sound like shit and unprofessional. |

sorry I didn't mean to throw sand in your vaginas. i tried stirring shit up here and i guess im good at it. btw, im not really international as of yet, just known internationally. and the reason i'm backing pro software so much is because thats what I'm converting to but then again, not for making hardcore or dnb...
truth is, you should use what is best suited for your needs. |

first, i think FL is a good software if you love the interface (not me). also, the fact that this software can handle vsts is a must.
in my case, i use Reason 2.5 but i wanna buy Logic Audio 6 soon just to have new tools and stuff. If you are confortable with a software (or hardware), the only limit is your creativity, not the tools. |

hehe okee lets forget all the Soft-WAR here ! i think its been proven that its not the software but the person who uses it ! some ppl can kill with a spoon while some other cant even shot with a 12 gauge and not miss their targets...
and fuck off cubase might be good but i will stick to FL as long as it will do everything i need and more! just for fun tell 1 thing Cubase is doin that FL aint? just one! i know i can name a few but just to see how technical you really are or you are just talking shit to impress others! NAME ONE Feature ! please dont name a stupid feature like Freeze / unfreeze hehe cuz theyres a way of doin that in fl studio too! hehe i mean something really impossible to do with FL studio ... ? IM still waiting... oh shit right this is a board not irc grrrrr *still waiting* |

You're right if you're importing one hit samples and drawing a beat and writing melodies with a piano roll, you dont need cubase. However, it can not do what I want it to (which is fine because it was not meant to do it). If FL makes you happy and does what you want it to, enjoy it. |

I think that you guys would be surprised at how many releases are actually done 100% in fruity... :) |

I don't use fruity because I don't like the interface....
Making a song sound professional is more a matter of skill, experience, talent, and having a proper system to monitor on. |
