Take lotsa vitamins C, E, and echinatia.. as many as you want.. it helps so much. and ginger.. if you can make a ginger drink that helps also You boil about 1 1/2 - 2 cups of ginger ale and you add 2 table spoons of brown sugar and you grate up a whole lotta fresh ginger and half a lemon (the yellow one??) and then when the ginger ale is boiling you add it all in.. the sugar the lemon and the ginger.. its sooo good. |
