The location was SICK...Both Fred & i wanted to take it home with us
The place was a small bar with fish tanks (5 huge ones) The dj's where spining on one of them. Leather couchs to chill out on. Even the dance area hada pad so that you pound the floor hard while dancing. The crowd was friendly and loving the music Both Seb & Vic played a wicked ass set..they where on fire!!!!! Just a wicked night Lee |

Cool location
Not so many peeps but the right ones .. Good vibes, dancefloor massive SAIGON and peeps inside the place GERALD BÉLANGER too .. The Collector was ill Supposed to be a hip hop deejay he played smooth dnb perfect for the moment Added some lil' 80'"s in the mix ; TAKE ON ME by A-HA That one was gold ! Jayzer's a humoristic selecta ; along with the proper drumn'bass and ragga choons he was putting in some comedy shows samples and stuff ..mad funny Jeff's a nice guy too , and a cool referree Victor aka Galaxy was a good competitor for the Battle He's an excellent producer first, and a tight selecta also .. I think i've won thjought..brought the GALAKSY CHAMPION BELT back home, as requested by my homie Kreggz .. KRUSADA was as good as he was in Montreal The guy kicks ass everytime One of Toronto's most talented dj and producers Now i've got tons of new choons from these guys to play out in Montreal ; Galaxy Krusada Jonah K. Had a freakin' wicked time allover the trip That outdoor festival gig was awesome too ; biggest crowd i've ever had .. |

The record store kicked ass. Very chill place with sofas to sit on! Got to hear a little practice set by both the Galakxies. :)
For the main party, the location was sick! We need that venue back in montreal! And Megan's the one who went to the states! Not us! We were here the whole time! :P The whole night was fun, much diffrent than most montreal parties. The Collector and Jayzer were really good, a few tracks they played freaked me out, I'd have never thought anyone would play stuff like that, especially at a drum n bass party, but I guess people over there aren't as stuck-up and anal about some music not fitting in exactly with the style of the night as long as it keeps people moving. GalaKsy vs GalaXy was a crazy battle! Victor kicks ass and Sebasstard rules! Krusada played a sick set, too. Great tracks, fun time. Theout-door urban fest thing was great, too! Seb got some old ladies to start movin' to the music! Great weekend down in TO! |

Driving up & down was not that bad, coffee helped. Victor is such a chill dude, plus great hospitality. Thanks for everything. The location (56) was really nice. Loved the fish tanks plus the fishes that glowed under the black lights. The dance floor was great; no way u can slip on that. People where really nice didn't really bother about what was playing, that was surprising.
The little thing at the Port was really cool, lots of peeps their. -The Collector's set was great, great mix of tunes. -Jayzer's set was really funny very progressive too, nice. -Galaxy vs. Galaksy, u guys where great medium light tunes at some moments hard ones at others, great great and great set. -KRUSADA's set was unpredictable, and magical. Great job their. The record store "2theBeat" was really chill. (Forgot about that one.) |
