When you are buying a 100watt amp that costs 600$ you want to get it off someone you trust for instance. If someone gives me attitude then I don't trust them. I trust that someone who is friendly to me would help me out if something was wrong with what I bought, where as someone with attitude I would assume they are trying to scam me and NEVER buy anything from them. And word of mouth means a lot to a store, so people should treat the customer right. (I'm not talking about any particular place it's just a comment I have related to the above comment). |
