Just got to the Ayahuasca center 2 days ago, about 1.5 h in away from Iquitos. Amazing place, highly recommended! Percy is a very good Ayahuasquero, super sweet and trustworthy man. My first session was supposed to be "mild" but leeeeet me tell youuuu! Fractal pyramids Egyptian god kaleidoscope tessellations. The dieta isn't as hard as I thought, really boring taste though. I can't wait for tomorrow's session when the dose is quadrupled. Very enlightening experience to say the least.

heyy i can also share pics from my ayahuasca trip to peru :)
we were in caco macaya, a small native shipibo community 24 hours boat ride from pucallpa, in february 2009, the rain season just ended but it was really humid and full of bugs. and this is the pics -- (well the first part is in the jungle, the rest is pics in the mountain... cusco is also a wonderful place to stay) :) [ www.facebook.com ] oh yessss and la dieta... quite boring to eat the same thing all days, but look at the pirhana we were eating :) :) freshly caught in the same river we went for a swim. :P

awesome! Man that's something else to add to the list lol (not the Ayahuasca trip, the eating of piranha! I love meat, so it's my goal in life to taste as many different animals as I can! )

it's not fun to eat that much, there are lots of (euuuh comment on dit ca des aretes en anglais?)
and the taste was a bit 'normal' there was another kind of fish that they'd get in the same river though, that tasted so delicious... but i don't know what it's called :/
