 Coolness: 300040 | Me, Melodrastik and Eldar are looking for a new roomate on the 1st of march.
The Loft we live in is famous for having hosted many raves and parties from the 90's to now. Loft includes one huge central area with ping pong table, "2" living rooms, bar, kitchen with all appliances and dishwasher. There is a turntable room where we store our turntables and records, a big room for storage, and 3 huge bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. One of them already has a washer and dryer. The loft is entirely wired in ethernet cables in all rooms. Every room is also cabled for cable tv but we have yet to fix that issue. The loft is also entirely wired with a soundsystem that can host fun parties. Rent is 450$ a month + 80$ hydro + 30$ high speed cable internet. The Loft is located approximately at the corner of Bleury and René-Lévesque, minutes away from the Quartier des Spectacles, Chinatown and the old port. We need a roomate that is: -Clean -Knows how to party but also knows when to chill out -Has a schedule that is compatible with ours (if you need to wake up early during the weekends, chances are we'll wake you up!) -That gets along with me, melo and eldar -We would prefer a guy, but if the girl fits the description we'd be open for that as well.
