| Coolness: 283175 | you're allowed to record the mix - you just aren't allowed to post it. If you book an act, you can record them for your own personal listening at home or wtv, publishing it would have to go through the artist.
Ask 'em! I'm sure Subtone or the lifted guys won't have a problem :) |

| Coolness: 283175 | It has to be sorted beforehand, you're right. I'm just saying it's not forbidden, so there's no harm in asking. Tell them you do a regular podcast of your nights, and ask them their terms. A lot of odds
and ends get left out of contracts ie: forgetting to ask the agent about recordings, but it's really their decision in the end, and I don't think they have to go through anyone since they're on their own label etc..Hope they say YES! |
