I never understood why people don't just eat what their body tells them to eat. Our instinct of survival knows what we need and what is good for us more than anyone can ever tell us. All the studies on nutrition and health are just something we use to try and prove that we're "better" than the animals that we are and that we aren't "savages".
If your body tells you to eat it, fuckin' eat it! If you have to stick to a diet of some sort and it's hard and giving you a tough time, then don't go on the fucking diet! Eat what you need to eat, when you need to eat it, and fuck anyone who doesn't like it because YOUR body is telling you what it needs to survive. Living should never be a chore. |

nah
your body doesn't always know whats good for you. I used to live off candy. It would be my breakfest, lunch and supper. My body wanted more but i could actually feel the warm it was causing. |

well, if you could feel that it was bad for you, then your body is telling you that it's bad... Still eating it because of a craving is more of an addiction than it is actual necesity, much like smoking. People know it's bad, but they do it because their addicted, even though their lungs hurt, they get out of breath easily, etc.. |

... in fact I remain one to this day, though I did eat meat before, I no longer do, yet I feel still as strong, maybe even stronger...
I'm not sure If I could ever eat meat again, I just don't trust it, yet I still eat vegetables, and I don't really trust them... however if I were to choose between pesticides and growth hormones, I would choose the pesticides, they seem less dangerous some how, like the poison of a small non-lethal snake/ I also just can't support the meat industry anymore, it's all such a waste of such a vast amount of what resources we have left, and all for such a small actual consumption, it makes no sense... but, I do not preach to or accuse any of not doing the same as I, after all, I've eatin meat most of my young life... ofcourse sea food is a totally different scenario, I stopped eating it when I was a child because the ocean told me it was wrong, that they are our most glorious ancestors and that to eat any sea life is a great dishonnour to them... truth to tell, I'm happy being a "vegetarian", no meat-no chicken-no seafood, fine by me, besides it won't make much difference when I'm dead//// bahahahhahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahhahahahahahahahahahhahahahahhahahah... ahem |

i've gone 3 years strong sofar
i don't know why my lifestyle should bother anybody elses. its not like im trying to make any kind of statement by being vegetarian.; it's called decision. i recognize that there's few places in the world where you can actually refuse to eat certain things. i do not take meat for granted. anybody that has a problem with that and i wont hesitate to sneak my soyfist into their meatgrill |
