Sa irrite la gorge, ca empeche de respirer comme il faut, pis l'odeur pogne dans le linge.
pis quand tu fais de la dope, t'a besoin de tout l'air que tu peux trouver
moi personnellement je ne les endure vraiment pas, et encore moins glé. ça me rend étourdie et à cause de ça j'arrive pas à danser et je trouve l'atmosphère désagréable, comme si ça manquait d'espace (puisque je manque d'air) fack je fini toujours par sortir dehors et faire le "party" là
ce qui fait que je manque l'évènement et les dj

Pardon me if I sound a tad defensive, but if a smoke machine makes you want to leave a party, the party's obviously not that great to begin with.
You need smoke if you want lighthing and laserz and atmosphere at a party. Smoke machine doesn't need to be on the whole time, just enough to create a fog...
it's all personnal, i know some people who don't mind at all the smoke machine
and no, it's not because the event sucks that i left, but really because i couldn'tbreathe
but you know mike, maybe it was also because in those events the smoke was exagerated?
i mean you can probably control that, i have no idea, and maybe the person in charge at the event put too much and it was really gross
+ at that time people could smoke inside so imagine, smoke machine + every ravers with a cigarette/joint in their hands = no air at all

Which is why I suggest using fog machines rather than smoke machines ...
Fog - odorless, dissipates, doesn't create breathing issues
fog machines and smoke machines are two different things
smoke machines will send out bursts of smoke... the kind everyone hates that irritates your throat and shit
fog machines sends a controlled amount of light fog throughout the room so that you can actually see the lighting and lazers... ask any light-tech, a fog machine is a necessity if you want to have cool lighting
I can't play gigs with smoke machines, so if you plan on having one at a party I'm booked at, I can't play unless it's off...respitory problems restrict me from enjoying the simple pleasures (not) of a smoke machine.
