Coolness: 167170	y'know what would help ppl quit smoking? if they stopped running those fucking 'quit smoking' & 'nicotine gum/patches' advertisements... you want ppl to stop smoking? stop reminding them about cigarettes!

Coolness: 114020	Ok so a friend of mine actually used Yoga to help her quit the psychological aspect of smoking. Cause when done proper, yoga really helps you focus strictly on your breathing and the postures. Maybe looking up some breathing techniques online can help you out. I know she taught me a couple to help when I'm super stressed out to just get out of my own head for a few minutes. Maybe it can help you bypass those few minutes when a craving is all you can focus on. :)
