 Coolness: 63305 | Awesome night! Thanks to everyone who came out and supported and made the night happen. Wicked sets from all the DJs, I particularly enjoyed Galaxy's 'take it all over the place set'. Thanks to Courtney and Brandon for filling in the door for us last minute. Thanks to the Social for hosting us and being good hosts although any events done there in the future we're going to try and negotiate some better drink prices. Special thanks to Bassfacial for allowing us to host an afterparty which when I left at 8:30 in the morning was still kicking - I hope you finally got some sleep Marc :) Much thanks to the Cruise Control Crew for the sound system and to Yann for helping us set up - we wouldn't have gotten things kicked off in time without you. Biggups to Bassic for being my brother from another mother and making the night awesome and for getting the evening going on just three hours of sleep and yet still keeping it going well into the late morning the next day, truly a machine this man. And thanks to anyone and everyone else who helped make the night an awesome one that I might have left out here.
I had a blast and can't wait for the next one which coincidentally will be this Saturday at La Mystique on Stanley in between Da Maisonneuve and St. Catherine. This will be a collaboration event of Neurotik Crew and Twisted Bass and will be largely breaks but also dnb. More News on this one asap so keep checking events. Till then! |
