i dont really do drugs [ anymore....us ] to do a lot of anfetamines though,... but i still hear words from my "inconciente" inside my head , ive tried lots of medcines , and they did help. almust got fixed completly, but they make me eat a lot and sleep alot too so i stoped takeing them...now im just dealing with it mentally ...
here are some tricks ive found that works for situations like this: - stay busy all day, - makeing music - talk about everything you have on yur mind, otherwise what you dont verbalize, you will act it

Get help.
I don't really think a human can face the tricks his own mind plays on him alone. You need professional help, and time.

Ho i think he did and i did too... but ¨professionals¨ are sometimes too ¨textbook¨ . They will compare the effects of cannabis to schyzophrenia for example... they never had any drugs and never had any side-effects from them or suffered from any mental illness... so... sometimes its really awkward dealing with them... thats why i think he was asking for advices. I dont really have anymore to tell him than what he is already doing..
I find going to the gym helps... drinking instead of doing mind altering drugs... surround yourself with good people ( no fighting or mind games ). Dont do things that gets you thinking too much ex: long walks, find the ideal amount of sleep ( for me less is better than too much ). Take your meds just before going to sleep so feeling asleep is ok and the hunger kicks in when already sleeping. anyway , you pretty much have to learn living ¨this way¨ ... i sometimes compare it to somebody having an accident and as gone blind... or is missing a limb... you have to adapt and learn how to live again... |

Yeah...I would second what Dakurv is saying. Basically work on your all around health and stay away from the drugs for a while. Eat well, listen to your body, sleep when you need to, and talk with friends if you feel the need to.
I've found a big part of psychosis or paranoia (or any mental problem for that matter) becoming a problem is getting stuck inside your head...if you feel frustrated or stressed out or anxious or whatever, reach out to your friends and loved ones, talk about it! Don't let it fester in your brain. Also, there was a study done on former Methamphetamine addicts which showed that over a fairly long period of abstinence, there was measurable neural recovery. [ www.sciencedaily.com ] So even if there was damage done, it can be undone in time. The full article is available here if you're into it: [ ajp.psychiatryonline.org ] Good luck dude!

Seriously man.
Go to the gym. Lift weights until you think you are dying. Repeat. Every day. Then, when you feel completely destroyed, tone it down to 3-4 times a week. The voices, they vanish. Your mind goes into your body where it belongs and the holes in your soul get patched up, preventing the disincarnate entities from talking to you in your own mind's voice, making you believe that those are your thoughts. They aren't. Drugs can be OK if you are a master of the occult, and grounded solidly enough in matter. Otherwise you are just asking to get soul-raped by entities. There are NO entities that want what's good for you. They want what's good for THEM, and that is, to abuse you for their pleasure.

Both Horus and Flo have teh right idea. It's about reclaiming your psyche as your own. You find something that completely removes all thought and allows yourself to simply 'be'. Music, beleive it or not, will have the opposite effect. You'll find thoughts start swirling in out of nowhere (but then thats the point of music, to incite feeling and emotion) and that is not constructive.
Strenuous activity is a very good means of reaching 'mushin', no-mind, as your brain is far to occupied playing its proper primary roll of conductor for your body. You'll know you're on the right path when, near exhersion, you find yourself almost euphoric and energized. This feeling is auspicious, and a clear indicator of body and mind working as they should.

indeed, but i don't agree either with Horus' "Your mind goes into your body where it belongs" : i think there are 2 things to get united and to balance. If you let your mind totally go into your body, you go into the opposite unbalanced state. you'll probably feel well and happy, but you'll seriously lack wits and brain abilities.
your mind psychoting is one problem, but your brain transforming into a thoughtless muscle is another. try balancing both of them, rather.

Sometimes you have to tip a little to one side to create balance.

You should try my recipe. The inner peace of 'mushin' can be ground for true revelations of cosmic dimensions. No 'reasoning' is required either. E has gotten me into that state, while dancing in an after-hours. The music even vanished, and my body was following it. And there I was. Seeing it all. Ah, but you had to be there. ;) On another note, I truly believe in balancing mind, soul and body. I have been aiming at it forever, so it seems. ;)
