Y'a aussi une pharmacie et des boulangeries à proximité, et l'appart est à une petite marche du marché Jean-Talon et du parc Jarry. PaLy et moi sommes tous deux fumeurs, et on possède chacun un chat, alors on espère que ça ne sera un problème.
