Oh totally! My only beef with people using filters is that most don't know about the resonance knob or what it does, so every time they use the filter, it sounds like the exact same effect over and over, instead of having it be subtle and actually blending the tracks. | |

Too many EQ knobs mean having to actually understand how music and frequencies work. hahaha gold! well, i personnally this its not crap to mix hardcore, there was one at saphir durint the tgit, and i mixed trance/hardtrance, uk hardcore and gabber on it, and i loved mixing with the filters, but the right one was broken last time i mixed there! i think hes saying this for 2 reasons, 1, if your not used to mix with it, then it can be hard at first. 2, mixing hardcore usually mean you have to do really fast eq switching, and with 4 eq you have more job then with 3, but in this case the filter does it all for you | |
