Good Place To Get Flyers Printed?

 Coolness: 43725 | Looking for a good place to print out flyers.
Fast... cheap... a staff who actually know what DPI means, etc. Preferably on the Plateau, or downtown maybe. |

 Coolness: 128485 | fuck 1 milk 2 sugars. yes they're cheap but you get what you pay for. They've fucked us up 3 times so far by either missing deadlines or with badly off centered printing.. I've had $30 dollar tickets come back as $3 tickets cuz they cut the zero off regardless of the bleed and noone on their staff noticed. The last fuckup was just recently..zero call backs after talking to their secretary and leaving messages. Hell, we even got the managers and owners cell number and again nothing...WE STILL DON'T HAVE OUR FLYERS and its been 2 weeks! Ive talked to numerous promoters about this and was shocked to learn many have had the same issues. The only thing these guys are decent for is business cards.. nothing more.
The best service Ive had by far is Rythme Urbaine... never fucked up once .. 3 day turnover, always call when they're not sure about something, competant/able staff... and they deliver! I consider the tiny bit extra it costs an investment towards my peace of mind. [ www.rythmeurbain.com ] Ive also heard good things about Empire but Ive never used them .. also I'm not sure that their colours are all that amazing. Update » Br34th3 wrote on Mon Oct 29, 2007 @ 2:02am man, Rythm Urbain even called us once because they wanted to know if it was ok if they resize our flyers a tiny bit considering the exact cardstock thickness down to the nanometer so that once folded in 3 all the folds would be dead on and corners would line up perfectly... doesnt get any better than that friends. |

 Coolness: 89145 | I used 1milk2sugar twice..and both time there has been some problems!
1st time was for the ticon party, they decided to center the front of my flyer, which made it look really weird... 2nd time, it was for the 64hz party a couple weeks ago, we asked for 1000 1 color print (only black, on white paper)... we ended up with 3000 4 color flyers... the litte girl said we should be happy we got 3000 flyers with 4 colors printing! but 4 color black look purple, and we trashed about 2000 flyers... never again! |
