It's -3 degrees in calgary right now. There is snow and large chunks of hail on the ground. Great way to come out of a plane... Enough said...

Well for people interested in work...
Mcdonalds = 14$/hour Wendies = 14$/hour Telus = 24$/hour Dish Washer = 11$/hour starters + benefits Construction Worker = 25$/hour starters, 50$/hour +++ for people with experiance... There is no lack of work here... In face every business is looking for people to work. Update » Nuclear wrote on Sun Oct 7, 2007 @ 4:26am BTW: you never seen so much construction in a city either. Cranes everywhere. I'm sure this city will double in population within 15 years... It's insane. BOOOOM!
BTW: Working oil will can make you over 60$/hour (depending what you do)! But it's a dangerous job!

Tory rule creates a seemingly better economy, and out west everybody's getting paid more. But Jesus Noah, you might as well say you went to the seventh ring of Hell because you more or less did. Eew Calgary.
I'm feeling old and crotchety right now.. |

B.C. is the same.... Bank teller in Ontario pays about $11-$14/hr = B.C. pays about $21-$26/hour....
But the properties aren't that expensive... My sister loves it out there
I'm feeling sorry right now.. |
Good [+1]Toggle ReplyLink» Nuclear replied on Wed Oct 10, 2007 @ 8:48am |
It's not more expensive then Montreal. My cousin pays 900$/month for a 6 1/2 house with a yard and driveway. It's just that people are spread out since the city covers a ton of land. They have a lot of room to expand also. The problem is there is no nightlife there really!
