heh, latency issues will always be a problem if a computer is involved.. especially if it has to decode an analog signal and covert it into a signal final scratch can read..

and as for waiting to burn a cd.... heh, yeah, waiting 6 minutes to burn an 80 min cd sure is too long to wait...

yeah 100 cheap records and then you can have almost virtually anything for free! plus your own things too so its probably a good buy but i dont have a good laptop to do it live so i dunno for home use its perfect but for live you need the whole setup ! but then again a laptop + final scratch is probably cheaper than 2 1200 + expensive vinyls ...
